Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking. Payment reserves your pickup date and covers sourcing cutters, sprinkles, and packaging.

No-show

Missing your agreed pickup time forfeits the order; unclaimed orders may be donated to a family in need. To reschedule, please reach out at least 4 days before pickup.

Refunds

Refunds are available only within 24 hours after payment is accepted. After that, refunds cannot be offered, as cutter orders have likely already been placed.

Delivery

Orders are pickup only by default. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the pickup location for an additional $5.

Pickup dates and times

Pickup and delivery times are set when you order, and bulk pickup dates are offered to accommodate most schedules.

Order changes

Changes can be made until 7 days before pickup. After that point, change requests are considered case by case and a small fee may apply.

Inspiration photos

Photos you share are treated as inspiration only — finished cookies may not be exact replicas, though they will be kept close.

Rush orders

Last-minute orders are handled on a best-effort basis. Orders with a turnaround under 5 days require a $10 rush fee.

Price changes

All prices are subject to change, largely based on ingredient costs, and old pricing cannot be honored.

Product photography

Replicas of client orders may be photographed for the business's portfolio. If you do not want your cookies photographed, please say so when you place your order.

Copyrighted designs

Copyrighted characters and images cannot be replicated exactly. A similar look with different colors can be discussed instead.

Photos vs. finished cookies

Colors and lighting in photos may differ slightly from the finished cookies, and cookies in photos may not be shown to true size.

Order minimum

The minimum order is 1 dozen. Smaller quantities may be available at popup shops announced on the Facebook page.

After pickup

Once you pick up your order, keeping the cookies safe, cool, and undamaged is your responsibility.

Shipping

Shipped orders go by USPS Priority. Cookies are packaged for transit, but breakage is a possible, non-refundable risk of shipping, and delivery delays cannot be guaranteed against. No refunds are offered for shipped orders, but once tracking is provided, lost-order claims can be placed with USPS.

Replies

Please reply to messages within 24 hours so your order can be completed as requested; otherwise details may be decided for you. Please also allow about 24 hours for a reply to your questions.

Allergies

Baked goods may contain known allergens. Allergy-conscious orders cannot always be accommodated, but please reach out — a referral may be available.

Cottage food laws

Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by Arkansas. The kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.

Food risks

As with any food, there are inherent risks, including choking hazards, food illness, and allergic reactions.

Acceptance

Submitting payment for your order means you accept these terms.
